Child Museum, also known as the Children’s Civilization and Creativity Centre, is an educational and recreational attraction located in Cairo, Egypt. The museum was established in 2012 with the aim of promoting the intellectual and creative abilities of children aged 4-14 years old, through interactive exhibitions and educational programs. It features several galleries that showcase the history, culture, and traditions of ancient Egypt and other civilizations, and offer various hands-on activities and games that encourage children to learn, discover, and have fun.

One of the main highlights of the museum is the History Gallery, which takes visitors on a journey through time to explore the ancient Egyptian civilization, from the era of Pharaohs to the Islamic period. The gallery features life-sized replicas of Pharaonic temples, palaces, and tombs, as well as interactive displays that illustrate the daily life, art, and religion of the ancient Egyptians. Children can dress up as Pharaohs, read hieroglyphic texts, and build their own pyramid models. Another interesting gallery is the Science and Technology Gallery, which provides children with a glimpse into the world of science and innovation, through interactive exhibits, such as the planetarium, the energy park, and the robotics lab. Here, children can learn about various scientific concepts, such as gravity, electricity, and mechanics, and experiment with different tools and machines. They can also attend workshops and interactive shows that aim to enhance their interest in science and technology. In addition, the museum features several indoor and outdoor areas that offer recreational activities for children, such as the art studio, the music and drama room, the playground, and the sports field. These areas provide children with the opportunity to express their creativity, imagination, and physical skills, and communicate with their peers in a fun and safe environment.

Child Museum is one of the most fascinating and enjoyable attractions that Cairo has to offer, and a must-visit destination for families with children. It provides children with an unforgettable learning experience, as well as a chance to have fun, make new friends, and develop their social, emotional, and cognitive abilities.
