Salah al-Din Citadel
Salah al-Din Citadel, located in Cairo, Egypt, is a magnificent and iconic structure that has stood the test of time for over 800 years. Also known as the Citadel of Cairo or the Fortress of Cairo, it was commissioned by the Sultan Saladin and constructed between 1176 and 1183.
